Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your DIY jewelry kit must be unused, with all components in their original, unopened condition. The item should also be returned in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized jewelry kits
- Gift cards
- Downloadable instructions or patterns
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Kits with signs of use or opened packaging
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase or was shipped to the gift giver to present to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
